摘要
中共四川省委十一届三次全会提出“一干多支、五区协同”发展战略，进一步明晰了四川不同区域的主体功能定位，明确将川西北定位为生态示范区。甘孜州是川西北生态示范区的重要组成部分，贯彻落实省委十一届三次全会精神，找准找实主体功能区定位，主动融入“一干多支、五区协同”发展战略，确立甘孜州主攻方向，对甘孜州全面推动高质量发展具有重要现实意义。
At the third plenary session of Sichuan provincial 11th party commit- tee ,the development strategy of ＂One Stem and Multiple Branches ,Five Districts in Coordination＂ was put forward,which clarified the main function positioning of different regions in Sichuan Province ,and identified northwestern Sichuan Province as an ecological demonstration area. Ganzi prefecture is an important part of the northwest Sichuan ecological demonstration area. It is of great practical significance for Ganzi prefecture to comprehensively promote high quality development by implementing the spirit of the third plenary session of the provincial 11th party committee, identifying the main functional areas, actively integrating the development strategy of ＂One Stem and Multiple Branches ,Five Districts in Coordination＂ , and establishing the main direction of Ganzi.
