摘要
完善农业水价形成机制是农业水价综合改革的核心。近年来，国家积极推动农业水价综合改革，先后选择试点区域，通过发挥市场作用健全完善农业水价形成机制。从试点情况看，面对不同的资源禀赋、区域特征及产业结构，不同地区探索实践亦不相同。本文在现有学者对农业水价形成机制的研究基础上，结合四川省试点地区的实践探索，分析得出农业水价形成机制改革的基本判断以及推动农业水价更好运行的相关建议。
The formation mechanism the comprehensive reform of agricultural of agricultural water price is the core of water price. In recent years, Our country has actively promoted the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price ,succes sively selected pilot areas ,explored water price reform ,perfected and improved the formulation mechanism of agricultural water price by playing the role of market. From the pilot situations ,the pratices of vary regions are also different when facing different resource endowments and regional characteristics. Based on the existing research foundation on agricultural water price ,combined with the practices in the pilot areas of Sichuan Province,the paper analyzes the basic judgement of the formarion mechanism of agricultural water price in Sichuan Province and puts forward some suggestions promote the better operation agricultural water price.
