摘要
对匈牙利零排放建筑产生的政策背景进行介绍,并以RATI塑料技术研发中心为案例,介绍该零排放建筑的设计过程和节能效果,重点分析了该建筑的特色节能技术,包括建筑热激活式系统、具有热回收功能的被动通风系统、建筑智能控制技术。并从设计方法、设计过程、设计工具和长期监测几个方面总结了对我国节能建筑建设的借鉴价值。
The paper described the policy context of zero-emission building in Hungary. Taking the RATI plastics technology research center as an example,the design process and energy efficiency of the zero-emission building were presented. The special techniques used in this building to reduce energy consumption include thermo active building system and passive ventilation system with heat recovery function,building intelligent control technology. And several reference values were summarized from the aspects of design methods,design process,design tools,and long-term monitoring.
