摘要
目的调查安徽省八公山石门潭景点蠓科昆虫的种类组成情况。方法 2017年4—5月,用挥网法、灯诱法收集蠓类,并对标本进行制片和分类鉴定。结果共捕获蠓类102只,经鉴定隶属于3亚科4属7种,包括毛蠓亚科毛蠓属2种;铗蠓亚科铗蠓属3种,裸蠓属1种;蠓亚科库蠓属1种。泸定毛蠓是其优势种群,占捕获总数的31. 37%;其次是丛林铗蠓、中部铗蠓和草丛铗蠓,分别占捕获总数的27. 45%、16. 67%和11. 77%。结论本研究可为安徽省八公山石门潭景点蠓类的本底及蠓媒性疾病防治提供科学依据。
Objective To survey population structure of midges in Shimentan scenic spot of Bagong Mountain in Anhui Province of China. Methods The samples of midge were collected by using insect net and light trap. These samples were made into the slide specimen that were used to identify and classify. Results 102 midges were captured in this study. Classification of insects belonged to 3 subfamilies,4 genera and 7 species,including 2 species of Dasyhelea,3 species of Forcipomyia,1 species of Atrichopogon and 1 species of Culicoides. The predominate species were D. ludingensis( 31. 37%),F. bessa( 27. 45%),F. centrosus( 16. 67%) and F. herbaceus( 11. 77%). Conclusion This study provides scientifical referances for background and vector disease of midges in Shimentan scenic spot of Bagong Mountain.
