摘要
目的评估是否鼻中隔三维重建测量的鼻中隔形态学参数有助于鼻中隔偏曲的诊断。方法我们收集20例诊断为鼻中隔偏曲并在我院行鼻窦CT的患者作为实验组,20例因非鼻部症状至我院就诊并行鼻窦CT的患者作为对照组。我们将上述患者鼻窦CT以DICOM形式下载,应用Mimics软件进行二维图像测量,并进行鼻中隔三维模型重建得到三个形态学参数:鼻中隔偏曲角度(Septal Deviation Angle,SDA)、鼻中隔容积(Septal Volume,SV)、鼻中隔表面积(Septal Surface,SS)。结果实验组SDA、SV明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),两组间SS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在分析的形态学参数中,鼻中隔偏曲角度及鼻中隔容积可以作为鼻中隔偏曲的客观测量指标,有助于鼻中隔偏曲的诊断,鼻窦CT扫描可以较为精确、客观地判断鼻中隔偏曲的程度。
Objective To assess whether three-dimensional morphometric parameters could be useful in nasal septal deviation (NSD) diagnosis. Methods A retrospective assessment was made for 40 patients, 20 patients with a diagnosis of nasal septum deviation who were treated with parallel sinus CT in our hospital as the experimental group, and 20 patients with non-nasal symptoms who were treated with parallel sinus CT in our hospital as the control group. Subsequently, the images were segmented using Mimics 20.0 in order to obtain the three-dimensional model of the nasal septum and compute three morphological parameters: septal deviation angle (SDA), Septal Volume(SV) and Septal Surface(SS). Results Differences between the groups were found in SDA (p 〈0.001) and in SV (p 〈0.001). SDA and SV were found to be significantly higher on the patients with NSD compared with the patients without NSD. Conclusion Among the analysed parameters, SDA and SV are more suitable for quantitative assessment of NSD,which contribute to the diagnosis of deviation of nasal septum. Sinus CT is helpful for accurate assessment of the degree of NSD.
