摘要
为了对一例犬撞伤进行诊断及治疗,笔者根据患犬的病史、临床症状及实验室检查（包括血常规指标检查、生化指标检查、放射学检查）结果做出判断,确诊患犬为膈疝并伴随骨折,及时进行手术治疗。经治疗后,患犬病情逐步得到改善。10 d后拆线,5个月后电话回访患犬恢复良好。
For the diagnosis and treatment of a case of injured dog, based on the medical history, clinical symptoms, and laboratory test results（including blood routine examination, biochemical tests, radiological examination）, the injured dog was diagnosed as diaphragmatic hernia with fracture, and the surgical treatment was performed in time. After treatment, the symptoms of dogs were gradually improved. Take out the suture after 10 days, and the dog recovered well after 5 months ‘telephone return visit＇.
