摘要
以HD型全自动显微光度计测定煤的镜质体反射率为例,阐述了采用显微光度计测定镜质体反射率的测定原理、测定步骤、样品制备及煤岩制片过程,并从仪器质量及安装调试、试验室温度、标准片质量等方面分析影响测定结果准确性的因素。通过对实验过程和异常数据检测结果的对比分析表明,在冷凝法制片过程中配制不饱和聚酯树脂时,促进剂对煤的镜质体反射率测定结果有决定性的影响。建议在过程管理中细化实验标准,重点把控煤砖片制备过程中固化剂和促进剂的精准控量。
Taking the HD fully automatic microphotometer to determine the reflectance of vitrinite of coal, this paper demonstrated the determination principles, testing procedure, sample preparation, coal petrography preparation of using microphotometer to determine the reflectance of vitrinite, and from aspects such as instrument quality and installation and commissioning, laboratory temperaturc, standard sample quality, the elements which affected the accuracy of determination results were analyzed. Throughcomparison analysis of abnormal data detection result in theprocess, it was showed that, during the preparation of unsaturated polyester resin in the condensation method sample preparation, the accelerator has decisive influence for reflectance ofvitrinitedetcrmination results, it was suggested that the experimentalstandard should be refined in the process, management, the precise control of curing agent and accelerator in the preparation of polished blocks could be achieved.
