摘要
采用双面针织大圆机编织特殊结构的多层织物,以ZnO纳米粉体为分散相、去离子水为分散液、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为分散助剂对纳米粉体进行分散处理,同时加入一定量的亲水整理剂FS进行复配,对织物进行亲水整理,得到吸湿凉爽功能性织物。试验结果表明:随着FS质量分数的增加,织物的吸湿效果提高;随着ZnO纳米粉体含量的增加,织物的凉爽化效果有所提升;当n(SDS)∶n(FS)=1∶1时,织物的综合整理效果显著提高,织物的服用性能较佳。
The double-sided knitting machine was used to knit multi-layer fabric with special structure. ZnO nanometer powder used as the dispersed phase, deionized water as dispersant and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as dispersing agent were used to treat disperse nanometer powders. A certain amount of hydrophilic finishing agent FS was added for the hydrophilic finishing of the compound matching fabric for getting hygroscopic-cool fabric. The experimental results show that the hygroscopic effect of the fabric will increase as the concentration of hydrophilic finishing agent increases and its cooling effect will be improved as the amount of ZnO nanometer powder increases. When n (SDS) ∶ n (FS)=1 ∶ 1, the comprehensive finishing effect increases significantly and the fabric performance will be better.
