摘要
金融行业的快速发展需要一大批拥有不同知识结构、适应不同金融岗位的专业人才。文章结合当前金融行业人才需求特点,对我国高校现有的金融人才培养模式进行了规范分析,指出当前金融本科人才培养模式与人才需求脱节。因此,文章从社会对金融本科人才的差异化需求和如何有效培养人才的角度出发,设计出金融高端精英人才、金融技术管理人才和金融技能服务人才的差异化本科人才培养方案,并提出了一些配套改革措施。
The rapid development of the financial sector requires a large number of professionals whohave different knowledge structures and adapt to different financial positions. This paper, in light of thecharacteristics of the current talent needs of the financial industry, makes a normative analysis of the currenttraining model of financial talents in Chinese universities and colleges. It points out that the current trainingmode of financial undergraduate talents is out of line with the demand of talents. Therefore, this article startsfrom the perspective of the society＇s differentiated demands for financial undergraduate talents and how toeffectively cultivate talents. The author designs a differentiated undergraduate talent training program forhigh -end financial elite talents, talents for financial technology management, and talents for financialservices, and puts forward some supporting reformative measures.
