摘要
人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者(PLWHA)由于疾病的特殊性,承受着社会公众的偏见、歧视与不公平对待,多数伴有病耻感。本文对国内外病耻感的概念、研究现状、测量工具及针对PLWHA病耻感的干预措施进行综述,为AIDS防治工作提供参考。
Given the particularity of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV）, people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA） may suffer social prejudice, discrimination and unfair treatment, and most of them have experience of stigma. This paper reviewed the studies on stigma in patients with HIV/AIDS in views of concepts, research status, assessment tools, and targeted interven- tions for PLWHA, in order to provide reference for prevention and control of AIDS.
