摘要
目的调查浦东新区综合性医院护士人文管理感知现况。方法采用横断面调查方法,对上海市浦东新区七所综合性医院1 244例临床一线护理人员进行问卷调查,分析不同特征护理人员人文管理感知情况。结果护士对医院人文管理感知的平均得分为(3. 88±0. 55)分。不同医院级别、年龄、婚姻状况、生育状况、工作年限、职称、科室、用工性质护理人员的人文管理感知比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论上海市浦东新区内综合性医院护士对医院人文管理感知程度处于中上水平。医院管理者应在管理体制、实施措施、制定制度中体现人文精神,以支撑医院文化建设。
Objective To investigate the perception of humanistic management among nurses from general hospitals in Pudong. Methods A questionnaire based survey was conducted to 1244 nurses from seven general hospitals in Pudong. The awareness of humanistic management was evaluated and analyzed by different characteristics. Results The average score of humanistic management assessment was (3.88 _+ 0.55) among 1244 nurses. There was a significant differ- ence in score of humanistic management assessment between nurses with different hospital level, age, marital status, birth condition, working age, job title, working place and employment contract(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The findings showed a moderate level of awareness on humanistic management among nurses. Hospital managers should emphasized the humanistic spirit in decision making and implementation, in order to support the culture development in the hospital.
