摘要
海山作为"泛蒙古主义"的积极活动者,在1911年外蒙独立过程中起到了很大的推波助澜作用。其所编纂的《蒙汉合璧五方元音》就是振兴蒙古教育事业,寻求族群及文化认同意识的体现。除了编纂《蒙汉合璧五方元音》,海山还在实践中倡导蒙古新式教育,一定程度上影响了当时直至民国时期蒙古教育的模式。
Hai Shan, an active character in pan-mongolianism, plays an important role in the process of outer Mon-golia independence in 1911. His Meng Han He Bi Wu Fang Yuan Yin is a reflection to promote the education ofMongolia and seek for ethnic group and cultural identity. Furthermore, Hai Shan advocates new-type education ofMongolia in practice, which influences the educational pattern of the Republic of China to some extent.
