摘要
目的:探讨载脂蛋白B(Apo B)基因单核苷酸多态性rs1042034位点在兰州回族人群中的分布及与兰州回族妇女妊娠期高血压患者合并高脂血症的关系。方法:分别选取2014年至2017年在兰州某三甲医院就诊的回族妊高症妇女217人,年龄18~45岁,(33.6±2.2)周,采用MALDI-TOF法对其血样进行Apo B基因rs1042034位点多态性的检测及血脂水平检测,根据血脂检测结果将其分为高血脂组和血脂正常组,分析该多态性位点与兰州回族妇女妊高症患者血脂水平的相关性。结果:(1)妊高症组甘油三酯(TC)和总胆固醇(TG)水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05);(2)ApoB基因rs1042034位点多态性妊高症合并高脂血症组与血脂正常组不同基因型和等位基因频率比较GG和AG基因型分布频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),AA基因型和等位基因分布频率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)A/G-A/A基因型携带者患妊高症的风险高于G/G基因型携带者[OR(95%CI=1.77(1.03-3.04),P<0.05)];(4)妊高症合并高脂血症组A/G-A/A基因型携带者TC水平明显高于G/G基因型携带者(P<0.05),其他血脂指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ApoB基因rs1042034位点基因多态性与兰州回族妇女妊高症患者血脂代谢相关,等位基因A可能是血脂代谢异常的危险因素。
Objective：To detect the association of the ApoB rs1042034 single nueleotide polymorphism （SNP） and plasma lipid levels of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in Hui women in Lanzhou. Methods：The sampling methods of cross-sectional stratified random were used to select 206 samples,aged from18 to 45, Lanzhou Hui pregnancy population,and a total of 206 subjects of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnaney,DNA was extracted from venous blood with the method of phenol-ehlorofrom, MALDI-TOF was used to analyze the ApoB gene polymorphism,and the serum lipids were detemlined and analyzed their relationships. Results： （1） Serum total cholesterol （TC）,triglyeeride （TG） and body mass index（BMI）were significantly higher in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy with hyperlipidemia group than.nornmlipidemia group.（2） Frequencies of rs1042034 in apoB in HDCP with hyperlipidemia group GG genotypes and GA genotypes were significantly more frequent than nornmlipidemia group,but frequencies of AA genotypes and alleles were no significant differenee （all P〈0.05 ）.（3 ）The risk of HDCP of AG＋AA genotype was 1.17 times higher than G/G genotype [ OR （95% CI= 1.77 （1.03-3.04）1, P〈0.05）.（4） A/G-A/A genotypes were significantly associated with the higher TC levels in HDCP group with hyperlipidemia （P〈0.05）, and no significant difference in TG, HDL-C, LDL-C levels.Conclusions ：ApoB rs1042034 SNP were significantly associated with plasma lipid levels of HDCP in Hui people in LanZhou.A allele maybe serve as the risk taetors of dyslipidemia in HDCP in Hui people in LanZhou.
