摘要
目的观察利肾化浊汤联合重组人干扰素α2b对肾癌根治术后患者基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9含量及免疫功能和远期复发率的影响。方法将146例肾癌根治术后患者随机分为2组,对照组73例给予重组人干扰素α2b治疗,研究组73例给予利肾化浊汤联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后体力状况Karnofsky(KPS)评分,检测2组治疗前后MMP-2、MMP-9含量以及免疫功能,记录2组治疗后远期复发情况。结果治疗后,2组KPS评分均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0. 05),且研究组显著高于对照组(P均<0. 05); 2组血清MMP-2、MMP-9含量均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0. 05),且研究组均显著低于对照组(P均<0. 05); 2组CD3^+、CD4^+水平和CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0. 05)、CD8^+水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0. 05),且研究组CD3^+、CD4^+水平和CD4^+/CD8^+均显著高于对照组(P均<0. 05),CD8^+显著低于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组1年复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),研究组3年和5年复发率均显著低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论利肾化浊汤联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗能明显降低肾癌根治术后患者MMP-2、MMP-9含量,增强免疫功能,降低远期复发率。
Objective It is to observe the effects of Lishen Huazhuo Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon-α2b （rhINF-α2b） on the contents of matrix metalloproteinase （MMP）-2 and MMP-9, immune function and long-term recurrence rate in patients with renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy.Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups. Seventy three patients in the control group were treated with rhINF-α2b, and 73 cases in the study group were treated with Lishen Huazhuo Decoction combined with rhINF-α2b, the 2 groups were treated for 3 months. The Karnofsky （KPS） scores of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared, the levels of MMP-2, MMP-9 and immune function in 2 groups before and after treatment were detected, and the long-term recurrence of the 2 groups was recorded after treatment.Results After treatment, the KPS scores of the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （all P 〈0.05）, and the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）; The serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （all P 〈0.05）, and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）; The levels of CD3 ＋, CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋ / CD8 ＋ in both groups were significantly higher and the levels of CD8 ＋ were significantly lower than those before treatment （all P 〈0.05）, and the levels of CD3 ＋, CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋ / CD8 ＋ in the study group were significantly higher and CD8 ＋ was signifi cantly lower than those in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in recurrence rate of 1 year between the 2 groups （ P 〉0.05）, but the recurrence rate of 3-and 5- year in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Lishen Huazhuo Decoction combined with rhINF-α2
