摘要
研究了天然石墨、致密石墨及其两者混合0.1%(质量分数)碳纤维后分别对铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:石墨能在摩擦表面形成一层润滑石墨膜,且天然石墨产生的石墨膜更加完整稳定。低速摩擦条件下致密石墨与碳纤维混合使用可使摩擦因数提高8.5%,材料的散热效果有所提高。天然石墨与致密石墨相比摩擦因数基本持平,摩擦温升降低1~3℃。
The effects of natural graphite,dense graphite and their mixture with 0.1%(mass percent)carbon fiber on the tribological properties of copper-based powder metallurgy friction materials were studied. The results show that graphite can form a lubricant film on the friction surface,and the graphite film generated by natural graphite is more stable. Under the condition of low-speed friction,the friction coefficient is increased by 8.5% when dense graphite is mixed with carbon fiber,and the heat dissipation effect of the material is improved. Compared with dense graphite,the friction coefficient of natural graphite is basically the same,and the friction temperature rise is reduced by 1~3 ℃.
