摘要
外泌体(EXs)是一种成分多样性和功能多效性的信号分子,可将生物信号传递至受体细胞,导致功能变化,调节多种病理生理过程,是一种极具特点和优势的信号传递方式,也是糖尿病发生及其心血管并发症的重要调控因素。EXs的数量、成分与疾病状态密切相关,对糖尿病心血管病的形成及进展能提供有价值的信息,特别是内含物miRNA的表达模式有明确的指示作用。作为EXs数量及成分的调节机制,运动通过EXs途径改善糖尿病心血管病,具备坚实的理论基础。
Exosomes is a kind of signal molecule which has diverse components and function.It can change function of recipient cells and control many pathological and physiological processes through signal delivery with special characteristics and advantages.Signal delivery mediated by exosomes plays an important role in the development of diabetes and cardiovascular complications.The quantity and components of exosomes are related to different pathological status and can reveal valuable information on the development of diabetic cardiovascular disease.The express mode of miRNA in exosomes has the most exact indication effect.Exercise can improve diabetic cardiovascular disease by regulating the quantity and components of exosomes.
