摘要
家具行业的市场竞争进入白热化阶段,传统家具工厂面正处在艰难的转型期。如何看清行业现状并梳理自身优劣势,以更积极的姿态迎接市场的考验,顺利通过这场优胜劣汰的考试,将是所有家具企业都需慎重考虑的。本文重点将家具产业的发展背景以及传统木质家具工厂存在的发展瓶颈进行分析,并探讨和概述了企业低成本改造的有关方法,为行业发展与企业转型提供实践性思路。
The market competition of furniture industry enters a superheating stage, and traditional furniture factories are facing hard transition period. How to see clearly the current situation of the industry, figure out their own advantages and disadvantages, and takes thechallenge of the market with a more positive attitude. T o succedd in passing the test of survival of the fittest, all furniture companies will need to consider carefully. This paper mainly analyzes the development background of the furniture industry and bottleneck existing in the development of traditional wooden furniture factory, discusses and summarizes the methods of low-cost transformation of enterprises. It is to provide practical ideas for industrial development and enterprise transformation.
