Basic Research on Product Controlling during Coal Direct Conversion Process

摘要 煤炭清洁高效利用是煤化工的发展方向。相对温和条件下的煤直接转化过程(如煤热解和直接液化等),其产物分布及组成与煤结构关系密切。深入认识低变质煤热解过程中显微组夺和矿物作用及弱键合结构在分子水平反应规律对煤转化过程产物调控以及发展新型高效煤转化技术具有重要的指导作用。为此,国家相继在973计划和新近启动的重点研发计划中安排相关的研究任务,并取得明显的进展。本文重点介绍作者正在承担的国家重点研发计划项目"低变质煤直接转化制高品质液体燃料和化学品的基础研究"(编号2016YFB0600300)的研究中,利用建立的新型原位热解-真空紫外单光子电离飞行时间质谱,在原位检测煤特征显微组分、矿物作用和催化转化等过程初级产物形成方面取得的研究进展,以此作为开启分子水平上研究煤直接转化过程产物调控的引玉之砖。 Clean and effective utilization of coal is the development direction of coal chemical engineering research. The direct conversion process of coal under relative mild conditions, such as pyrolysis and direct liquefaction, suffers the effect of structural differences on the product distribution and composition. Clear and deep understanding on the maceral characteristics, weak bonding structure and reaction principles on molecular level of low rank coal has an important guiding role for the product controlling during coal processing and development of new efficient coal processing technology. For this purpose, government has assigned relative research task in "973 project" and newly launc Development hed National Key Research and Program , and some significant progress has been made. This paper mainly introduced some recent research progress in implementing the project "Basic research on low rank coal conversion to high quality liquid fuels and chemicals " ( No. 2016YFB0600300) in the National Key Research and Development Program by authors about in-situ detection and analysis of the initial pyrolysis products from coal macerals, and the influences of minerals and catalytic conversion of pyrolysis products by a novel pyrolysis- vacuum ultraviolet photoionization-mass spectrometry, which was expected to make a great progress in inducing further researches of product controlling during coal direct conversion process on a molecular level.
