摘要
目的:研究有创动脉血压监测在心肺复苏(CPR)中的应用。方法:以2015年6月至2017年5月南方医科大学顺德医院急诊科48例心脏骤停<15 min的患者作为研究对象,根据是否建立有创动脉血压监测,分为对照组(18例)无创血压和观察组(30例)有创血压,分别观察两组患者的预后情况。结果:对照组中死亡15例,抢救成功3例。观察组中死亡9例,抢救成功21例。观察组自主循环恢复(ROSC)成功率(70.00%)高于对照组ROSC成功率(16.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:有创动脉血压监测能更实时、准确地提高心肺复苏的成功率,为临床应用中提高CPR质量提供了新思路。
Objective To study the application of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）. Methods From June 2015 to May 2017, 48 patients in southern medical university Shunde hospital with cardiac arrest 15 min were used as research subjects. According to the establishment of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring, the patients were divided into non invasive blood pressure control group（18 cases） and invasive blood pressure experimental group（30 cases）, and the prognosis of the two groups were observed respectively. Results 15 cases died in noninvasive blood pressure control group, and 3 cases were successfully rescued. In the invasive blood pressure group,9 cases died and 21 cases were successfully rescued. The success rate of ROSC in invasive blood pressure test group（70 %） was higher than that in noninvasive blood pressure control group ROSC（16.67 %）, the difference was statistically signifi cant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring can improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation more timely and accurately, and provide a new idea for improving the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in clinical application.
