摘要
采用有限元软件Maxwell对BLE型无刷励磁机建模并进行空载磁场计算,主要研究其空载特性。计算出来的结果与试验值对比,误差较小,验证了有限元计算的准确性。对该类电机的磁场优化,特别是电机整机优化设计有一定的借鉴作用。
The finite element software Ansoft Maxwell was used to establish the model of BLE type brushless exciter and carry out the no-load magnetic field calculation, focusing on the study of no-load characteristic. The calculated data are compared with the experimental values, resuiting in very small difference, thus, to verify the correctness of the finite element method. It provided an important reference for the magnetic field optimization of this kind of motor, especially in the optimization of the motor design.
