水电站压力钢管及蜗壳用钢板变形性能研究 被引量:3

Study on deformation performance of plate for pressure steel tube and volute of hydropower station

摘要 强度(屈服强度、抗拉强度)、塑性、韧性和焊接性能是压力钢管及蜗壳用钢的4个质量特征,压力钢管及蜗壳制作过程中需进行不同的变形必然引起性能的变化。通过不同曲率半径变形过程观测变形后钢板的性能试验,考察了南阳汉冶特钢有限公司生产的SX780CF钢板对压力钢管及蜗壳成形工艺的适应性,结果表明该产品可以替代进口产品。 Strength(yield strength,tensile strength),plasticity,toughness and welding performance are the four quality features of the pressure steel pipe and volute steel.Different deformation of pressure steel pipe and volute forming should be occoured during production process.The adaptability of SX780 CF plate to pressure steel pipe and volute forming process was investigated by observing the deformation process of different radius of curvature and the performance test of deformed plate.The results show that this plate can replace the imported one.
