摘要
目的观察缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法将我院2013年1月至2018年1月间收治的80例产后出血产妇随机均分为观察组(缩宫素+卡前列素氨丁三醇)与对照组(缩宫素),观察两组用药后各时间点的宫缩强度与产后2 h宫内出血情况,统计两组的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果用药后,两组产妇的宫缩强度均随时间依次增强(P <0.05),且观察组各时间点的宫缩强度均明显大于对照组(P <0.05);观察组产后2 h的阴道出血情况略优于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论缩宫素联合卡前列腺素氨丁三醇可在短时间内显著提高患者的宫缩强度,减少阴道出血量,用药安全性较高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases of parturients with postpartum hemorrhages admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group （oxytocin ＋ carboprost tromethamine, n = 40） and the control group （oxytocin, n = 40）. The intensity of uterine contractions at each time point after administration and the intrauterine hemorrhage at 2 h after delivery were observed in the two groups, and the curative effect of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were calculated in the two groups. Results After administration, the intensity of uterine contractions increased in both groups （P 〈0.05）, and the intensity of contractions at each time point in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The 2 h postpartum vaginal bleeding was slightly better in the observation group than in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine can significantly increase the contraction intensity and reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding in a short time, and it has high medication safety.
