摘要
将粉煤灰和电石渣作为主要原料制成矿用充填胶凝材料,并开展了对胶凝材料凝结时间和强度的研究。采用单因素变量的实验方法,取粉煤灰和电石渣掺量作为试验变量,对胶凝材料7 d和28 d的抗压和抗折强度进行研究,并采用SEM对其微观结构进行分析。研究发现:凝结时间随着粉煤灰和电石渣掺量的增加而降低,在不同粉煤灰掺加比例(50%、55%、60%、65%、70%)下,随着粉煤灰掺加比例的增加,其强度逐渐降低,尤其是早期强度下降较快,在不同电石渣掺加比例(3%、6%、9%、12%、15%)时,随着电石渣掺加比例的增加,其强度逐渐增加。
The fly ash and carbide slag are used as the main raw materials to make the mine filling cementitious materials. The setting time and strength of cementing materials were also studied. By adopting the method of single factor variable and selecting different amounts of fly ash and carbide slag as experimental variables, the compression strength and flexural strength of cementing materials for 7 days and 28 days were studied. Meanwhile, the microscopic stuctures of the cementitious material were studied through SEM. The study found that: the setting time reduced with the increase of content of fly ash and carbide slag; with different contents of fly ash(50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%), the strength gradually reduced with the increase of the fly ash content. The early strength loss is more particularly. With different contents of carbide slag(3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, 15%), the strength gradually increased with the increase of the carbide slag content.
