摘要
针对社会化环境监测机构运行中的仪器设备管理、标准物质管理、试剂和耗材管理、样品管理、档案管理、安全管理等基础性关键环节的重要性和管理重点,结合实践经验进行探讨,供同行们参考,以期通过抓好基础性关键环节管理,提升社会化环境监测机构的管理水平。
In this paper, the importance and key management points of basic key links such as instrument and equipment management, standard substance management, reagent and consumables management, sample management, file management and safety management in the operation of social environmental monitoring institutions are discussed in combination with practical experience, so as to provide references for peers, with a view to grasping them. Good basic management of key links will enhance the management level of socialized environmental monitoring organizations.
