摘要 由于真空自耗熔炼过程复杂,难以建立准确的数学模型来实现熔炼工艺的优化控制。利用遗传算法的局部寻优功能,设计了适于齿轮钢真空自耗熔炼工艺的优化方案。利用单目标函数表征齿轮钢熔炼洁净度、淬透性、结晶尺寸、均匀性和切削性能等多目标特性,获得了最优的熔炼工艺参数。研制出便于操作和管理的硬件系统,利用S7-300PLC主从站实现了优化参数的在线监控。 Due to the complex process of vacuum consumable melting, it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model to achieve the optimal control of the smelting process. The optimization scheme of vacuum consumable smelting process suitable for gear steel was designed by using the local optimization function of genetic algorithm. The multi-objective characteristics such as cleanliness, hardenability, crystal size, uniformity and cutting performance of gear steel were characterized by using the single-objective function, and the optimum melting parameters were obtained. A hardware system which was easy to operate and manage was developed. The online monitoring of optimized parameters was realized by using S7-300 PLC master and slave stations.
