摘要
杭州某商业金融用房项目位于杭州上城区钱塘江畔,结构新颖,设计采用诸多新材料、新工艺。其中地下底板防水采用了预铺高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材(非沥青基),顶板与屋面防水采用冷刮非固化防水涂料+耐根穿刺防水卷材复合构造做法,施工方便,效果良好。
A commercial and financial building in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou has novel structure and uses many new materials and technology in its design, such as pre-laid polymer self-adhesive film waterproofing membrane （non bitumen based） for underground base plate, composite waterproofing using cold-applied non-cured waterproofing coating and root resistant waterproofing membrane, which has the characteristics of good construction and good effect.
