摘要
采用蓖麻油(CO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和分散红FB为主要原料合成了蓖麻油功能性水性聚氨酯染料。通过红外光谱和热重分析法对其结构和性能进行表征。探讨了染料粒径、相对分子质量、耐水性及离心稳定性,并研究了其用量及轧液率对织物染色效果的影响。结果表明,蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯染料乳液固化膜的吸水率小于20%,乳液粒径为40 nm,数均分子质量为15 000,多分散系数为1.436,接触角从61.1°增加到87.7°,具有较高的耐热和离心稳定性;当染液体积分数为40%、轧液率为75%时,染色织物具有较好的色牢度及手感,耐摩擦色牢度达4~5级,耐水洗色牢度达4级,耐日晒色牢度达4~5级。
The castor oil-based functional waterborne polyurethane dyes are prepared with castor oil (CO), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polycaprolactone diols (PCL), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and Disperse Red FB as the main raw materials. The structure and thermal property of the electrostatic flocking adhesive are characterized by FT-IR and TGA. The dye particle size, molecular mass, water resistance and centrifugal stability are discussed. The effects of dye concentration and pick-up on the dyeing property of fabric are studied. The results show that the water absorption of the cured film is less than 20%, the particle size of the emulsion is about 40 nm, the number average molecular mass is about 15 000 and the polydispersity of castor oil-based functional waterborne polyurethane dye is 1.436, contact angle of the cured film increased from 61.1° to 87.7°, which has high heat stability and the centrifugal stability is also good. When the amount of dye solution is 40% and the pick-up is 75%, the dyed fabric has good color fastness and hand feel. The color fastness to rubbing reach Grade 4-5, the color fastness to washing reach Grade 4, and the color fastness to sunlight reach Grade 4-5.
