摘要腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）作为治疗胆囊良性疾病的标准手术，已推广普及至各级医院。依照加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS）的理念，LC不仅要促进患者早期恢复、缩短住院时间，同时应降低术后并发症的发生率、减少再入院率。
