摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式经过在西方职业教育发达国家成功应用之后,目前已在我国部分地区开始试行。无人机专业以其服务范围广、技能性强、运营成本低、人才缺口大等特点受到高职院校的广泛关注[1]。高职无人机专业在试行现代学徒制人才培养模式的过程中,存在校企双方合作力度不够、与实际生产对接不足、学生就业需求与培养目标不尽匹配、培养机制不完善等问题。本文旨在对高职无人机专业建设中现代学徒制的人才培养模式进行探讨与研究。
The talent training mode of modern apprenticeship has been tried out in some areas of China,after the successful application in vocational education in western developed countries. The major of UAV（ unmanned aerial vehicle） has been highly focused on by higher vocational colleges due to its wide service range,strong skills,lower operating cost and large talent gap. In the process of piloting the modern apprenticeship talent training mode for UAV specialty,there are some problems such as insufficient cooperation between a university and enterprises,insufficient connection with actual production,mismatching between students＇ employment demands and training objectives,and imperfect training mechanism. This paper discusses the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship in UAV specialty construction in higher vocational colleges.
