急诊护理干预措施对急性肾衰竭患者血液透析的影响分析 被引量:20

摘要 肾衰竭是因为患者的肾小球滤过率降低对肾脏造成的代谢紊乱性病症,且大多数被周身病症或肾脏疾病影响,发展为肾脏病变其结果即为肾衰竭。而急性肾衰竭则是因为各种因素造成的患者肾生理功能快速降低甚至丧失,会促使患者的尿素氮和血肌酐在短时间内急剧上升,水电解质呈现出紊乱的状态,更甚者会产生尿毒症。
