摘要
培养工匠精神是时代发展的需要,是职业教育改革的需要,更是学生成长的需要。高职院校要转变观念,进行人才培养模式改革,将现代学徒制、导师制、工作室制融合起来,通过技能比赛、社团活动、成果展示、提高师资水平等途径为培育学生"工匠精神"积极营造氛围,多措并举,提高人才培养的针对性和实效性。
Higher vocational colleges should change their ideas and carry out the reform of talent training mode, integrating modern apprenticeship, tutorial system and studio system.Through skills competition, community activities, achievements display and improvement of teachers＇ level,colleges are supposed to create a positive atmosphere for cultivating students＇ spirit of craftsman and improving the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training.
