摘要
转化医学是近年来国际医学健康领域出现的新概念,是医学研究中的新分支,试图在基础研究和临床研究中建立更直接的联系。转化医学在医疗领域的重要性不断提升,并得到了越来越多的关注和重视。文章针对我国当前医学教育中,基础与临床脱节、人文教育薄弱等问题,提出了以转化医学为导向的人才培养模式是医学教育的改革途径之一,对临床教学提出了新的要求。并且结合教学中的具体问题,从学科特点、教学方法、师资力量等方面,分析探讨了转化医学与内分泌学的密切关系以及在内分泌学临床教学中引入转化医学理念的方法,对内分泌科医学生的人才培养模式进行了有益的讨论。
As a new concept in the feld of international medical health in recent years, translational medicine is a new branch of medical research, trying to establish a more direct connection in basic and clinical research. The importance of translational medicine in the medical field has been increasing and has attracted more and more attention and attention. In view of the problems of disconnection between basic and clinical education and weak humanistic education in the current medical education, the paper puts forward that the training mode based on translational medicine is one of the reform ways of medical education, and puts forward new requirements for clinical teaching. Combining with the specifc problems in the teaching, from the aspects of subject characteristics, teaching methods and teacher staff, the paper analyses the close relationship between the translational medicine and the endocrinology and the method of introducing the concept of translational medicine into the clinical teaching of endocrinology, and makes a useful discussion on the training mode of the medical students.
