摘要
随着共享经济的发展不断深入,共享单车不仅是共享经济的重要发展成果,也是贯彻环保利民理念的重要举措。在共享单车运营过程中,企业、使用者及政府三方的利益必然会出现冲突,因此,需加强对共享单车的高效运营与管理。基于共享经济概念,简述共享单车的发展现状,并根据其中存在的问题,探究在共享经济背景下共享单车发展与管理的途径与策略,进而提出相应的监管对策。
With the development of the sharing economy, sharing bicycles are not only the important development achievement of the sharing economy, but also the important measure to implement the concept of benefiting the people via environmental protection. In the operation process of sharing bicycle, the interests of enterprises, users and the government will inevitably conflict each other. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the efficient operation and management on the part of sharing bicycles. This paper briefly describes the development status of sharing bicycles based on the concept of sharing economy and finds out the existing problems, and explores the ways and strategies for its development and management in the context of sharing economy, and then proposes corresponding regulatory countermeasures.
