摘要
金属薄板钣金加工中,落料需借助技术手段来强化品质管理的工序,以确保落料不出现批量报废情况,降低人力投入,提高工作效率。本文首先简谈钣金加工的落料工艺特点,提出采用网络试验技术思想来优化落料工序,以期达到品质管理的目的。
In sheet metal processing, blanking needs technical means to strengthen the quality management process to ensure that blanking does not occur in batches of scrap, reduce manpower input and improve work efficiency. In this paper, the characteristics of blanking process in sheet metal processing are briefly discussed, and the idea of network test technology is proposed to optimize blanking process in order to achieve the purpose of quality management.
