摘要
忠诚是公安院校大学生的核心品质,对公安院校大学生具有引导价值观形成、界定行为规范和保障专业学习的价值功能。课堂支撑不足,制度保障不力,文化沁润不够,网络建设滞后,是当前公安院校大学生忠诚培育面临的困境。建设立体化教学的主打方式,构建科学严谨的制度支撑,打造文化育人的重要载体,完善网络平台,是破解公安院校大学生忠诚培育困境的四个参考路径。
Loyalty is the core quality of police college students, its value functions including the guidance of values formation, the definition of behavior standards and guarantee of professional learning. The current difficulties of loyalty cultivation in police colleges including the classroom support is insufficient, the guarantee system is weak and so on. The reference paths including setting up the tridimensional teaching mode, building the scientific and rigorous system, constructing the cultural education, and improving the network platform.
