摘要
针对黄河泥沙人工防汛石材生产中成型工艺不成熟、设备成本较高等问题,研究了黄河泥沙人工防汛石材的成型工艺参数,研发出利用黄河泥沙制造人工防汛石材的成套设备,降低了黄河泥沙人工防汛石材的生产成本,实现了工厂化规模生产和自动化生产控制,达到了黄河泥沙资源工业化利用的目标。
Aiming at the problems of immature forming technology and high equipment cost in the production of artificial flood control stones for Yellow River sediment,this paper studies the forming process parameters,and develops a complete set of equipment for making stones with Yellow River sediment,which reduces the production cost,realizes industrial scale production and automatic production control,and achieves the goal of industrialized utilization of the Yellow River sediment resources.
