摘要
涉众型经济犯罪是对侵害对象涉及众多不特定受害群体的高发型经济犯罪的类别统称。在大数据背景下,解决好涉众型经济犯罪中事后打击与事前防范、因果性与关联性、被动回应与主动侦查、犯罪治理与服务发展之间的关系,可以优化涉众型经济案件的发觉、侦查、管理的全过程,有助于压缩该类犯罪的活动空间、回应公众对于犯罪治理的现实需求、构建以立体化数据为支撑的社会安全防护网。
Mass-related economic crime is collectively known as a frequently-occurring economic crime, in which victims involve numerous non-specific group of victims. Appropriate handling of the relationship between subsequent striking and beforehand prevention, causality and correlation, passive response and active investigation, crime governance and service development can optimize the whole process of detection, investigation and management of mass-related economic crimes,and contribute to compression of the active space of this kind of crime, response to the public＇s realistic demand for crime governance, and construction of three-dimensional data-supported social security protection net.
