总结了作者多年设备管理经验,针对工业生产用离心式风机运行时产生振动的原因及其处理防范措施、相关检修方法及优化等几个方面进行分析和论述,希望能对在工业离心式风机的使用和维护方面提供一点有益借鉴,以确保风机安全可靠运行,从而提高生产效益。
This paper mainly summarizes the author’ s many years of equipment management experience,analyzesand discusses the causes,treatment and prevention measures,and related maintenance methods optimization ofcentrifugal fans used in industrial production,hoping to provide some useful references for the use and maintenance of industrial centrifugal fans,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of fans and improve productionefficiency.
