摘要
通过对某机型机油泵失效质量问题的调查,制定问题定义树,逐一排查。分析产生失效模式的具体原因,对加工工艺的控制与整改,解决了该机油泵失效的质量问题。同时,通过对机油泵的质量整改,避免了出现重复的质量问题,达到了满足发动机性能和质量的要求。
Through the investigation of the failure of a oil pump quality problems：development of problem definition tree,one by one investigation, analysis of specific causes of failure modes, process control and rectification,tosolve the quality problems of the oil pump. At the same time,through the machine quality pump rectification,toavoid duplication of quality problems and achieve the engine performance and quality requirements.
