摘要
目的:探讨对感染诱发的新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)实施高频振荡通气治疗的临床效果。方法:107例ARDS患儿随机分为两组,均接受抗感染等常规基础治疗,在呼吸支持方面,对照组53例患儿进行常频机械通气治疗,观察组54例患儿采用高频振荡通气治疗。结果:不同机械通气方式治疗后两组患儿动脉血气相关指标水平较本组治疗前均有明显改善(P <0. 05),且观察组治疗后各项指标检测水平优于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组的总并发症发生率为12. 96%,低于对照组的22. 64%,并且减少了气胸的发生率(P <0. 05)。结论:对感染诱发的新生儿ARDS实施高频振荡通气治疗可以更好地改善其Pa O_2水平,并有效减少各种并发症的出现。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of high frequency oscillatory ventilation on infection-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in neonates. Methods: 107 neonates with acute respiratory distress syndrome were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group (54 cases) and the control group (53 cases). Both groups received routine anti-infection treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with conventional ventilation and the observation group was treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation . Results: After different mechanical ventilation treatment, the levels of arterial blood gas related indexes in both groups were significantly improved, and the levels of the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was 12.96 %, lower than those of the control group (22.64 %), and the incidence of pneumothorax was reduced ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: High frequency oscillatory ventilation can improve the PaO2 level of neonates with ARDS and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
