三相桥臂坐标系下无轴承电机直接力控制研究

摘要 无轴承电机直接力控制方法(SVM-DFC)由于采用传统的SVPWM控制悬浮磁链,计算复杂,不利于提高悬浮动态响应。为此本文引入一种新型的三相桥臂坐标系SVPWM调制方法控制悬浮绕组。首先,推导分析了该SVPWM调制算法及其与传统SVPWM方法的联系,构造了基于三相桥臂坐标系的直接力控制系统,然后用Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真验证。仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性,并且系统的动态响应和稳态精度得到有效的提高。 Bearingless motor direct force control method (SVM-DFC) as a result of the traditional SVPWM control suspension flux, the calculation is complex, which is not conducive to improve the dynamic response of suspension. In this paper, a novel thine-phase bridge arm coordinate system SVPWM modulation method was introduced to control the suspension winding. Firstly, the SVPWM modulation algorithm and its connection with the traditional SVPWM method were deduced, and a direct force control system based on the threephase bridge arm coordinate system was constructed. Then the simulation results were verified by Matlab / Simulink. The results of simulation verified the feasibility of the method, and the dynamic response and steady-state precision of the system were effectively improved.
