摘要
分析了铝塑汽车散热器与型管汽车散热器的结构特点。采用矩形管作水室主体可以替代主片+水室的结构形式,从而简化了汽车散热器的结构,降低了产品开发的先期投入,缩短了产品开发周期,有利于汽车散热器水室的标准化、系列化和通用化,方便膨胀箱、储水箱在水室上的集成。
The structural characteristics of aluminum plastic automobile radiator and tube type automobile radiator were analyzed. Using rectangular tube as the main body of the radiator chamber can replace the main plate and water chamber, thus simplifying the structure of automobile radiator, reducing the early investment in product development, shortening the product development cycle, facilitating the standardization , serialization and generalization of the radiator chamber, and facilitating the integration of expansion tank and water storage tank on the water chamber.
