摘要
民主评议党员制度是坚持全面从严治党,加强党员教育管理监督的重要措施。调研发现,高校民主评议党员制度执行过程中存在思想不够重视、形式不够严谨、内容不够科学、工作不够连贯、处理不够严肃等问题;对这些问题进行综合分析,并从充分完善评议内容、合理优化评议流程、建立科学评议体系、完善评议奖惩机制、严格把控评议质量、严肃评议结果应用等六个方面提出了建议对策,致力于探索建立一套科学、高效、完善、有约束力的高校民主评议党员工作机制,以增强高校基层党组织对干部党员、教师党员和学生党员教育管理监督的针对性和实效性。
the democratic evaluation system of Party members is an important measure to comprehensively strengthen Party disciplines, management and supervision of Party member education. Research shows that in the system implementation process there exist some problems in the democratic evaluation of Party members in colleges and universities. The paper comprehensively analyzes the problems. It holds that we should fully improve the appraisal content, optimize the review process, establish a scientific evaluation system, perfect the appraisal mechanism of rewards and punishment, strictly control the appraisal quality, and seriously treat the review results. It also puts forward the countermeasures and is committed to exploring the establishment of a scientific, efficient,perfect and binding mechanism for democratic evaluation of Party members in colleges and universities, so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the management and supervision of Party members in cadres, teachers and students in grassroots Party organizations.
