摘要
橡胶开口衬套具有减震和抗磨损的特性,在汽车行业的应用非常广泛。然而在压装橡胶开口衬套的过程中,容易出现开口衬套被压裂或压偏的现象,造成产品损坏影响产品质量。因此,为了保证开口衬套压装质量,对开口衬套压装方法的研究是非常必要的。
Rubber split bushing has the characteristics of shock absorption and wear resistance, it is widely used inautomobile industry. However, in the process of pressing rubber split bushing, it is easy to appear the phenomenon that thesplit bushing is fractured or deflected, which results in the product damage and affecting the product quality. Therefore, inorder to guarantee the quality of split bushing, it is necessary to study the pressing method of split bushing.
