门饰板与窗框配合间隙的设计研究

摘要 为提高汽车内饰的感知质量设计,目前市场上中高档车一般配置有窗框饰条遮蔽车身钣金颜色。出于成本考虑,也有一少部门车型采用窗框增加黑膜的方案遮蔽车身钣金颜色。文章就是以某款车型为例说明门饰板与窗框黑膜的间隙设计,除了考虑经验设计值,还要考虑各配合零部件之间的公差累积及门饰板PP材料的热胀冷缩变形。文章通过对门饰板尺寸公差计算及高温环境下膨胀量进行试验验证,对门饰板与窗框黑膜间隙设计进行研究,解决门饰板与窗框黑膜干涉的问题,为后续车型规避此问题提供参考依据。 In order to improve the perceived quality design of the automobile interior, currently the medium-high gradeautomobiles on the market are generally equipped with window frame strips to shield the body sheet metal color. For costreasons, there is also a small department model that uses window frame black film to shield the body sheet metal color. Thisarticle is to illustrate the clearance design between the door trim and the window frame black film by taking a certain modelas an example. In addition to considering common practices, it is also necessary to consider the tolerance accumulationbetween mating parts, PP material heat-expansion and cold-contraction deformation of the door trim. In this paper, throughthe calculation of the dimensional tolerance of the door trim and heat-expansion in high temperature environment, designresearch on the tolerance clearance between door trim and window frame is to solve the interference problem of the door trimand the window frame black film, provide references to avoid this problem for the subsequent models.
