摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,缫丝行业得到了不断的发展和壮大。在缫丝行业发展的过程中,缫丝工业生产废水普遍存在排放废水量较大、有机物质浓度较高、氮磷含量高等特点。近年来,我国提倡发展绿色工业和清洁生产,缫丝工业可以利用新技术从生产源头进行节能减排,通过成熟高效的生物处理技术实现生产废水的处理及回收再利用。基于此,本文将对缫丝生产工艺流程进行分析,并对缫丝生产废水的处理工艺技术加以阐述。
With the continuous development of China's social economy, the silk reeling industry has been continuously developed and expanded. In the process of the development of the silk reeling industry, the wastewater from the silk reeling industry generally has the characteristics of large discharge of wastewater, high concentration of organic matter, and high nitrogen and phosphorus content. In recent years, China has advocated the development of green industry and cleaner production. The silk reeling industry can use new technology to save energy and reduce emissions from the source of production, and realize the treatment and recycling of production wastewater through mature and efficient biological treatment technology. Based on this, this paper will analyze the production process of silk reeling and expound the processing technology of silk waste production wastewater.
