摘要
为改变安徽省制造业能耗高、效益低的状况,促进其转型升级,以中国制造2025为视角,分析了安徽省制造业转型升级面临的科技创新投入不足、创新能力弱,产业链体系不完备、价值链低端化特征明显,第三产业比重较低、现代化服务配套不足,结构不合理、节能降耗压力大等多种问题。在此基础上,提出了推动安徽省制造业科技创新、完备产业链、推动服务化、绿色发展的转型升级路径选择。
In order to improve the current situation of manufacturing industry of Anhui Province with high energy consumption and low efficiency, and to promote its transformation and upgrading, based on the strategy of Made in China 2025, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the manufacturing industry of Anhui Province. It points out the development difficulties such as insufficient innovation investment, weak innovation ability, incomplete industrial chain system, low value chain, low proportions of tertiary industry, insufficient modernized service supporting, unreasonable structure, and high pressure of saving energy and reducing consumption. On this basis, this paper puts forward the selection of transformation and upgrading path for advancing the scientific and technological innovation, perfecting industrial chain, and promoting servitization and green development of manufacturing industry of Anhui Province.
