摘要
目前航空发动机火警检测及告警系统经常出现"有警不报"和"无警虚报"两种故障模式。介绍了火警检测及告警系统的组成部分及各部分的功能,分析了传统的火警检测及告警系统可靠性低的原因,针对该问题,提出了系统的优化设计理论,包括BIT设计、硬滤波设计、余度设计、软滤波设计及迟滞比较设计,并对每种设计的实现方法进行了详细阐述。根据"可靠度"参数的计算结果,优化设计的火警检测及告警系统的任务可靠性相比传统的火警检测及告警系统得到了极大的提升。
At present,aero engine fire detection and alarm systems often have two failure modes: no fire alarm when there is fire,or fire alarm when there is no fire.This article describes the fire detection and alarm system components and functions of each part.The reason of low reliability of traditional fire detection and alarm system is analyzed.In view of this problem,the optimal design theory of the system is proposed,including BIT design,hardware filter design,redundancy design,software filter design and hysteresis comparison design.The implementation of each design is described in detail.According to the calculation results of the “reliability” parameter,the fire detection and alarm system’s mission reliability optimized has been greatly improved compared with the traditional fire detection and alarm system.
