摘要
传统机载电子设备结构一般均在用密度为2. 7 g/cm3的铝合金,而超轻金属、复合材料的出现,给电子设备结构提供了更多的可能。介绍了以碳纤维为基材的机箱/安装架设计方法,并完成了全部的试验验证,证明碳纤维可作为电子设备结构材料进行应用。
Aluminum alloy with density of 2.7 g/cm 3 is generally used in traditional airborne electronic equipment structure.The appearance of ultra light metal and composite materials provides more possibilities for electronic equipment structure.This paper introduces the design method of the chassis/mounting rack frame based on carbon fiber composite,and completes all the test verification.It proves that carbon fiber composite materials can be used as the structural material of electronic equipment.
