摘要
对含铁37.32%、含锌1.55%的某铁锌矿进行了选矿工艺研究。采用先磁选后浮选工艺,实现了铁和锌的高效回收,可获得铁品位65.72%、含硫0.068%、含磷0.028%、铁回收率86.10%的铁精矿和锌品位52.90%、锌回收率88.85%的锌精矿。
Mineral processing technology for an iron-zinc ore with iron content of 37.32% and zinc content of 1.55% was investigated. Effective recovery of iron and zinc minerals can be actualized by a process of magnetic separation followed by flotation. It is shown that an iron concentrate grading 65.72% Fe at 86.10% recovery, with sulfur and phosphorus content of 0.068% and 0.028%, respectively, and a zinc concentrate grading 52.90% Zn at 88.85% recovery can be collected with such process.
